We are a small team and receive a lot of emails, so we are unfortunately unable to reply to them all. Please read the below information to assist you with your queries, find out whether your email will be tended to and the timeframe in which you should expect a reply.

RETURN ENQUIRIES / RETURN PORTAL ASSISTANCE
Please use our convenient returns portal. Please ensure you have read our returns policy to ensure that your item is eligible for return.
- If you need help using our returns portal, we will do everything we can to assist you, however if your item is ineligible for return, emails will not be replied to.
- If you were sent the incorrect item, please select 'I received the incorrect item' in our returns portal and follow the steps.
- If you received a faulty item, please select 'Item was damaged' in our returns portal and follow the steps.
URGENT ORDER ENQUIRIES / AMENDMENTS
If you need to amend an order before it has been posted to you, please begin your email with the subject line ‘URGENT’ in the comments section. Please note that we are unable to guarantee that your email will be viewed prior to dispatch. If you need to amend the delivery address after dispatch, you can do this via the AusPost Website using your tracking number, which will have been sent to you upon dispatch.

Please ensure you have thoroughly read our size guide and the product description prior to reaching out. If you are still unsure, please note that our response time for non urgent enquiries is 3-4 business days.
